Miami kicked a little tail in Game 2, hounded shooters, turned Nugget cutters into Denver pedestrians, made open looks on the other end. Miami didn’t spend the evening running downhill on offense, Denver’s offense thudded out enough buckets, Miami had to dig the ball out of the goal and figure it out on its own.
