Not worried, heartened that everybody understands how important Lonzo Ball was to all of that.

He stayed in front, allowed everyone else to gamble, to gather cookies. Chicago boasted a badass defense for a while and I’m not ready to say “goodnight” to it.

It needs the full roster, less so Pat Williams (Dr. Giannis really made a point to go after him in Tuesday’s loss), less so Alex Caruso (whom scorers now seek to destroy), more so Lon-zo.

Ball is the only quarterback on the club, a true point guard, the talker that stays in front so teammates can take the showy swipe. Caruso needs to be off both sides of the ball.
