Stephen Curry changes Game 2

“Questionable” for Game 2, they told us.
Robert Williams III, out but probably in, the Boston Celtics giving the Silicone-sainted Golden State Warriors the runaround with RWIII. Bettors, too!
Game 2 clicks on and Robert Williams, “questionable,” is again inside the starting lineup. The Warriors seem a little annoyed, and go at him. Two-point Golden State lead at halftime, but by the beginning of the fourth quarter Aaron Nesmith is on everyone’s TV. Warriors screamed in the third, took Game 2 107-88.
Golden State’s 35-14 third quarter advantage ran dastardly, picking and rolling all over Boston’s league-boss defense, leaving Williams looking like an intern and pushing Marcus Smart to wonder why he even took this job to begin with.
Stephen Curry played the sort of basketball game only he could ruin. The NBA Finals were committed to consecutive compelling fourth quarters until this guy got to treating basketball like something that didn’t exist before 2001.
