Golden State is not a new team by any stretch, and its largest trade deadline addition (Gary Payton II) was on the Warriors last year. Golden State is not acclimating.
But the Warriors are mending, especially after that Portland Trail Blazers training staff (allegedly) made Gary Payton II escape from a straightjacket while chest-deep in a whirlpool as part of his rehabilitation.
Golden State’s rotation is getting used to itself again, working against one of the best centers in the NBA with a center-less starting lineup, only breaking out Kevon Looney once his antibodies are assured.
